YES, ALL COURTESY DRIVERS ARE COVERED UNDER OUR GARAGE LIABILITY AND GARAGE KEEPER’S LEGAL LIABILITY INSURANCE AS WELL AS BEING COVERED UNDER WORKER’S COMPENSATION INSURANCE.

HOW DO I KNOW MY GUEST’S VEHICLES WILL BE SAFE WHILE UNDER YOUR COMPANY’S CARE?

IN SUCH UNFORTUNATE SITUATIONS OUR GOAL IS TO RESOLVE THESE MATTERS FAST AND EFFECTIVE TO THE COMPLETE SATISFACTION OF OUR GUESTS. IN SHORT, OUR GOAL IS TO MAKE SURE THAT A GUEST’S UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE DOES NOT TURN INTO AN UNFORGETTABLE ONE.

CAN I CHANGE MY EVENT DATE OR CANCEL AT ANY TIME?

WHILE WE REALIZE THAT THINGS COME UP AND PLANS MAY CHANGE WE CAN NOT GUARANTEE THAT WE WILL BE ABLE TO CHANGE SERVICE DATES. WE WILL, HOWEVER, DO OUR VERY BEST TO ACCOMMODATE YOUR NEEDS. WE DO ACCEPT CANCELLATIONS WITH AT LEAST ONE WEEKS ADVANCE NOTICE OR YOU MAY BE CHARGED UP TO 50% OF THE TOTAL COST OF THE SERVICE.

CAN YOU EXPLAIN YOUR EVENT SETUP PROCESS?

YOUR EVENT WILL BE ASSIGNED WHAT WE AT COURTESY CALL AN “EVENT SPECIALIST”. YOUR EVENT SPECIALIST AND HIS PARKING CREW WILL ARRIVE AT YOUR DOOR ONE HOUR PRIOR TO YOUR EVENT’S START TIME. THIS WILL GIVE OUR TEAM PLENTY OF TIME TO MEET WITH YOU, DO A WALK THROUGH OF THE AREA, SET UP ALL NECESSARY SAFETY CONES AND DIRECTIONAL SIGNAGE, ESTABLISH A SAFE AND EFFECTIVE OPERATIONAL PLAN AND BE READY TO ASSIST ANY GUEST WHO MAY SHOW UP EARLY. IN ADDITION TO SUPPLYING YOU WITH A PROFESSIONAL PARKING CREW, WE PROVIDE ALL NECESSARY DIRECTIONAL SIGNAGE, CAUTION CONES, AND A LOCKABLE STEEL KEY BOX TO SECURE ALL VEHICLE KEYS.

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS OF A DRIVER YOU EMPLOY?

FOR STARTERS, ALL COURTESY DRIVERS MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AND UNDERGO A MOTOR VEHICLE RECORD SCREENING TO MAKE SURE THEY HAVE AN ACCEPTABLE DRIVING RECORD. SECONDLY, ALL DRIVERS ARE SUBJECT TO CRIMINAL BACKGROUND AND REFERENCE CHECKS. LASTLY, A COURTESY DRIVER MUST BE WELL GROOMED AND UNIFORMED, ALWAYS ACT COURTEOUS, PROFESSIONAL, AND FRIENDLY WITH GUESTS AND HIS FELLOW EMPLOYEES AND MUST ALWAYS BE ABLE TO FOLLOW SAFETY GUIDELINES SET BY COURTESY AND ITS CLIENTS.

WHAT IS YOUR COMPANY’S POLICY ON DRUGS AND ALCOHOL?

COURTESY HAS A ZERO TOLERANCE DRUG AND ALCOHOL POLICY. ANY EMPLOYEE OR POTENTIAL EMPLOYEE TESTING POSITIVE FOR DRUGS WILL BE TERMINATED IMMEDIATELY.
